C 14.2 Sailors win Arizona Yacht Club Championship

The team of Mike Hester and John Mayall of our C14.2 fleet successfully defended their last year's win after sailing eight hard fought races. This race involves switching boats between each race until a victor is determined. This year the boats were C 22's provided by AYC members. Last year, Mike and John won in a similar venue with boat provided by the Buccaneer AYC fleet. Mike and John got into that championship by Mike having won the 2006-2007 C14.2 class series. Congratulations Mike and John, besides skill and finesse you guys showed lots of grit!
