water proof compartment
i have just purchased a 1997 keel model and the forward storage compartment does not have a waterproof hatch. i have read that the mod 3 has this feature& i am a little puzzled as to why this one does not. any help?

there is cuddy access and it seems stock although there is no door on it. there are no old screw holes and markings to make me think anything was ever there. thanks - dave
